I have a painting that is not finished and wondering is their some place where I can get others opinions.

You can go to the Critique Center and post in the WIP sub forum

It’s not closed, there is a sticky with the rules of that forum that is closed which might have confused you, but you can start a new thread there.

If you prefer to post somewhere else, take a look at the index where there is a brief description of every forum that will help you find the best place for whatever you’re posting.

If you would like any advice or critiques, simply ask for C&C (comments and critiques) in the forum of your choice and people will be glad to help out. And if you have any advice or comments to give, please jump right in!
