Widen an image of glass bottles?

I have a photo of glass bottles and I want to make them fatter.Is there a way to do this?

You need a paint program, there are lots of free and paid ones.

Hesr’s a Google search.

I use Paintshop Pro but try Photoshop CC, a simplified version of the expensive program. I have used Medibang, Clip Studio, Paintstorm Studio, on the laptop and Concepts, Artflow, Painter, Artrage, and Adobe Sketchbook on the Android tablet.
