I use a Huion H610pro v2. Nice, big work area and durable.

You can use it with any Windows or Android device or program, which is pretty cool.

I have used Picasa, Photoshop and ipad with pencil for design the Digital Art. But I love the experience with my own Watercolor painting.

Depending on the Portability, art programs and OS you preferred, samsung galaxy tab runs on android, ipad pro runs on ipad os, microsoft surface pro runs on windows.

If you get a tradition drawing tablet, with or without screen, you need to connect it to a windows or mac os computer. so they are not portable, but you can use fully-featured desktop art apps like photoshop and artrage.
