I chose the enamelware….the shapes looked simple, right? They were harder than they looked.
I am away from home this weekend, so brought some drawing materials with me. Spent about an hour on this while I was “dog sitting” for my sister. About 8 x 10 inches on w/c paper….ink and pastel pencil.

Agree with you there! Although it seems to be the popular image this week anyway, and they all look artistic regardless of accuracy-level.
Yours looks fine, and the tall one is especially well-rendered.Wendy C&C always welcome

February 26, 2019 at 2:05 am #787634I see nothing wrong with your shapes at all. If you struggled with them, it isn’t apparent in the final product.
I'm here to grow and learn as an artist, so C&C always welcome

February 26, 2019 at 8:20 pm #787626These are nice and yes I agree with you 100% they looked simple and then wham. Super complex. You did great though lots of talent here. I specifically like your shapes and height of each object. I love how you depicted texture. Especially in your table. I’m glad you are feeling yourself again this week. You where truly missed.
C&C always welcome
http://Sandrakatich.shutterfly.comFebruary 28, 2019 at 4:56 am #787633This works rather well. The handles, spout and mouths of the vessels seem to be engaged in a conversation. Intriguing!
C&C always welcome.
