Pencil Sketch on Paper B4
YouTube Video : Sketch 01Going back to the basics. Today I’m going to show you how I do this sketch in 3 steps. They are the initial sketch, rendering the shapes, and the second pass. The sketch is fairly small, this is the smallest sketch I’ve ever done for YouTube, so the sketch won’t be as detailed as my previous drawings, but this is a good thing since I’m currently training myself to eliminate details. The materials I’m using are 8B Staedler pencil, 4B mechanical pencil, Tombow mono zero eraser, kneaded eraser, paper stump, small brush, and drawing paper from Canson 1557 size B4.

I’m continuing my small sketches series. I considered those 3 drawings I did a while back as “prototype”. So here, the number resets. LOL. I never drew Asian before, so this is new to me. But it was so much fun. All is 7″x10″
