    Welcome to the weekend everyone.
Well, we went from the mid 80’s, hot and humid to wearing a heavy spring jacket this morning with temps in the 50’s.

Good weather to take the dog for a walk. I’m on my way.
    Have a good day all,
    LORELL

Hi Lorell and any who follow.

        5 tripods? REALLY?

Our SoCal weather today is warmer: pleasant in my area, too hot further inland.

A shot from yesterday as I was walking Pippin…

        Have a good weekend, everyone.

Good morning Lorell and Dave, well you’ve opened the daily with a splash of colour, I have no more pictures to add right now. It’s 2’Celcius outside right now and fog followed by another clear day is forecast so I’m resolved to capture another preconceived foggy picture of sunrise which I won’t reveal at this point lest it doesn’t come off! It’s the middle of the night here, I go to bed early, like 8pm, so being now 4am I’ve already had my 8hrs shuteye. I have to tell you younger folk that getting old sucks!

7:00am my preconceived foggy picture project failed for lack of fog.
I’m laying the blame squarely at the feet of the weather bureau who failed to produce it!
Oh well, I’ll see what else I can dream up, but later this morning when the mercury rises to its expected high of 15’C.

                5 tripods? REALLY?

No point these days bcause very few cameras allow a remote shutter button.

Where do I screw in my cable release?

Cable release is history with OMD M5 Mkii and M1 mkii, both can be operated remotely by wifi up to 32 metres by phone with the camera’s Live View displayed on your phone’s screen. As both models are fully weather sealed no problem leaving it strapped to a tree overnight in the rain, although I have no immediate plans for putting it to the test! :D
