my comments and my tread is gone. zeropoint got two of my treads I posted and I try to response to some big shots that is asking how I did the photography. I was using UV Lighting for one thing. I was not sure if it went into photography shudder bug or not . they some place else and zeropoint got the credit fir my treads, “My frying pan studio” and red teeth” They in some other place in wetcanves now. That part [ in a differ gender or form] I do not mind as I knew people would not understand how it is done. But it is a right out the camera shots. just use a little contrast on them. That why I posted it in photograph shudder bugs
ideas is like the stars in Heaven, just grab one and hang on and if it do not work out grab another one:)
August 12, 2013 at 5:42 pm #519505Sorry but this is happening all over the site. Nothing we can do, it is up to the techies.

We must leave our mark on this worldAugust 16, 2013 at 4:58 am #519669Hey Doug, there seems to be some post eating gremlins at work. I posted a comment on the drawing & sketching forum and it erased the comment made by a previous visitor. Hope this gets solved soon, don’t like to be deleting others posts
Cheers,

We must leave our mark on this worldAugust 16, 2013 at 8:49 am #519800Hi Doug, not everyone is a member of facebook. Would it be possible to do a system announcement on this site as well.
Thanks, Mary
August 16, 2013 at 12:55 pm #519834My member name is showing comments that I didn’t make. For example, I complimented a seascape painting in an oil painting forum, but later it showed a critique under my name. Also, I posted a recent Jammin Guitarist oil painting for critique, but when I went back to it there was a watercolor on the page. I’m kind of afraid to post anything else b/c of all the errors.

https://www.facebook.com/TinasFineArts/August 16, 2013 at 5:22 pm #519738I received the usual notification from Wetcanvas that someone posted a comment to one of my threads. The comment was from a member who was very impressed with the realism in one of my artworks. When I clicked on the link in the email it took me to a thread where someone posted a photorealistic work in progress but used my member name. I’m getting highly concerned about this because this isn’t my work at all and I’m being misrepresented. I have some links to my Pinterest page and other online sites concerning my work and if the system can hijack my identity this isn’t worth it for me. I’m going to see if I can cancel my account with Wetcanvas. I’m sure it’s just some kind of programming issues but I don’t see the sense in continuing membership when the result is garbled nonsense. It’s a shame because I had found the discussions interesting and helpful.
August 17, 2013 at 7:25 pm #519827My daughter, a federal attorney, cautioned me that because this website is public, anything that appears under my imprimateur is legal, regardless of whether or not I posted it. Earlier today, I noted that several postings have appeared under my faux name. I asked this forum, that because of these legal implications, my entire file be expunged. Instead that posting has just disappeared. Because of the critical nature of my business, it is mandated that I protect my name and reputation. I cannot risk a legal entanglement caused by this website. Once again, I am asking that my file be expunged. Thank you.
August 18, 2013 at 1:58 am #519424All these faults are due to a damaged database and will continue to happen until the site is fixed.
When the site is stable I can attempt to relocate or delete all out of position posts I come across.
Meanwhile I advise you NOT TO POST until we are informed the site is stable.
Check out the wetcanvas page on Facebook for news.

It is my understanding that the site is now stable. As I asked earlier, pls delete all my posts. Thank you.
August 20, 2013 at 4:17 pm #519506I believe most of the posts from the past 10 days have been lost.
