40x30cm, one hard board and one on paper.

This is a fun take about two friends of ours who buy old properties and re-build them into magnificent homes. Their project is to buy their dream home and be mortgage free after three renovations of old houses.

The lady is fond of Scratchcards, so I figured it made sense to humour her flutterings. The guy can see potential in the most dire of properties, hence the shed becomes a castle.

I am yet to deliver these two pics to them.
I think they will laugh out loud…….I hope so because that will be a job well done, by me.

If you can’t zoom in on the lady’s scratchcard, it reads….

                    ‘No mortgage no more’
3 (houses) in a row, pays mortgage off.

I’d like to win that ticket lol. I’m sure your friends will enjoy these.

                    C&C always welcome. Michelle

I’m sure that many people think of their shed as their castle Dave – so there’s another interpretation!
                    and
the current advert for the Lottery – ‘who would you share it with?….’ so the wife generously thinks of her man!

                    Cheers, Maureen
