20”x 16” , oils on panel

Painted from life, Alla prima, two sessions so far, probably finish with one more. Now waiting for paint to dry as I cannot go any further wet in wet with my set of skills. Quite a lot of oily paint. Need to finish capturing light (again) and fix some wonky lines and edges.

Some adjustments, not sure if it needs more. Let it be for a bit and re-evaluate.

I have made final adjustments and then used Gamvar matte finish for final protection and to quell the oily reflections.
