    Creek Scene  9” x 12”,oils on Panel

Painted Plein Air today from 3:30 to 6 PM.  I was perched on a old concrete bridge piling. My neck and upper back were cramping with pain, I dropped one paint cap and one brush in the creek, got paint all over my hands, used up about 8 paper towels….?

At least the easel didn’t get upset?  I really felt like a newbie at Plein Air work.  Initial block in with some attempt at details. I guess I’ll go back to the spot to finish it.

            Thank you Kyle.
Here is the 24”x30” studio version.  I referenced the plein air and revisted the site for pics.

            Final for now.

Hi Patrick, your finished studio painting is really very beautiful.  I really like the colours very much.
