Addie – it was a spoof of soaps (of course) that not only was Billy Crystal’s first tv gig, but had (I think) tv’s first openly gay characters. And it really was one of the funniest shows EVER.

Richard Mulligan….the dad from Empty Nest…does that help? You know, nieghbor to the Golden Girls, Doctor, dad to Kristy McNichol and the girl from Grease…Dinah Manoff, also spawned Joe Iszuzu (sp?)…

I was about 12 years old when I had the “Burt on Soap” crush.

So, since Adriana is almost-but-not quite a generation younger than me, I can see how she would not have viewed this show.

If you are truly a Ewan McGregor fan, you should watch the movie “the Pillowbook” It is Japanese erotica. I have seen all of his “stuff” Now, I can’t watch Star Wars without the knowledge that I have seen Obi Wan Kinobi’s penis. Netflix has it.

You are so right, those are two of my favourite movies with him, priest and the devil, yum………
and that second pic of Angelina Jolie is breathtaking…She is so beautiful and has finally reached a point where she is tranquil. She lives in Cambodia with her son…..contently.
