Hi to everyone,

I am new here, based in Northern New Mexico, working with fiber and oils.  My fiber creations are functional pieces.  My oils are content based.

Am attaching a flyer for my functional art piece.

Sorry, you have to upload image files. I put one of your images in your Fiber Arts thread. You could put a link to your website in your signature if you have one.

Here’s a screen grab of your flyer, beautiful work.

UPLOADING PICTURES

If you use the Insert picture (mountain) icon there’s no need to resize your picture, you can upload jpg pictures of any size. When it appears in your post, find the cursor to the right of the picture and click Enter to get a new line. That should fix your picture in place. Inserted pictures can be right-clicked and opened full size in another window or tab. You can mix pictures and text and there is no limit to the number of inserted images in a post. Always start a new line before inserting a picture to separate it from the text.

Alternatively, scroll down and use the Attach facility, they then appear at the bottom of your post and can be double-clicked to enlarge them to full size.  You are allowed a maximum of four attached pictures.

New Mexico seems like a fun place to me. My parents and I went on a vacation train ride out west to New Mexico. They have some awesome silver and turquoise jewelry there. I’d like to learn to make beadwork, my own jewelry. I don’t think we saw the painted desert. I did see a cactus with pretty yellow prickly pear flowers. I wanted to see a traditional Native American village, but my dad did not want to see it. I have drawn Native Americans, but I copied from other artists’ pictures, so I don’t think I would be able to post them here, because of copy right laws.

For God so love the world he gave His one and only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
