Inexpensive compared to what?

The answer is yes, it can be done, but should not be considered by anyone who wants more than dreck.  Authors, or any other creative type, who offer their services at subpar prices give what their pay reflects.  (That’s the reverse perspective of you get what you pay for.) Even if they really can do good research, write quickly, or have a good hold on language, they won’t provide all of that in any fair amount if the pay does not reflect what is desired of them

I am a published author, have written news amalgamation and technical documentation for pay, so might have the necessary experience for your project, but if you want cheap, you’ll have to find it elsewhere.

Skill is nothing more than talent practiced relentlessly.
