Hello. Is anyone else experiencing difficulty viewing the reference library? I use it quite a bit but recently all the images started to appear as though they are negatives of the original pictures. I can’t see any normal photos. Anyone know how to fix this? I have a Mac.

Jean, are you using the button that turns your screen to a black background (for folks that don’t like the white background) when you view anything on WetCanvas?

If you are viewing WC with a black background then you have to change that background color to the original white background while viewing images in the RIL.

The black background is what’s causing the RIL images to look like ‘negatives’. For example, you want to see a photo of a red door, if you view with the white background then it will be red, BUT, on the black background it will be green (or shades of greens).

I’m sure that’s why you see ‘negatives’ of the RIL images.

I hope that helps you and please let me know if it doesn’t. I’m making a list of everything that goes wrong in the RIL as it is now … even though I do not yet have the tools to change anything *sigh*.

I am one of the members who prefers to use the black BG, and finally today made it to the RIL to find all those negative photos. It was just out of curiosity wishing to see the photos I loaded there, but couldn’t find any…! I am just afraid to go back to a white screen and get stuck with it like it happened before.

Anyway, great opportunity to say HI JUDY!!!

            Best wishes…
