I know Christmas is almost here, I am interested in holiday and seasonal art. I have been having trouble drawing all the Christmas art I wanted this year.  I will do what I can. I want to work on a Snow queen and roses for Valentine’s Day. I want to draw a lot of flowers with colored pencil. I want to work on some Irish fairies for St. Patrick’s Day.  I want to work on drawing the human figure, fashion design with paper dolls. I like flowers so I want to put them in my fashion design. I would like to draw cute animals, people interacting with animals, walking dogs on a leash, holding a cat, holding a bird on the finger or shoulder. I want to draw angels and fairies, Christian art. I would like to work on Valentine’s Day, and New Year, since they are the next holidays coming up.

So does anyone else like holiday art?  Do you like Christmas? What is your favorite holiday, how do you like to use your creativity to celebrate it?  I like Christmas and Easter, I am glad I live in the south where is does not get really cold. I like the sunshine and warmth.

I’ve done a bit of art on a envelope for a friend. Pleased a lot of people. Eventually I’ll share. Just a bit busy right now.

Not terribly unique but because the theme was penguins on the card that’s what I decided to add on the envelope but with my take on it.

I’m working on my snow queen, I want to draw a wolf,  and some paper dolls. I will be practicing drawing the human body for my paper dolls. I like fashion, I want to draw someone wearing modern fashions. I’d also like to draw some cute children paperdolls, and fairytale princesses.

I did Gelli Plate Christmas cards this year. I wasn’t into it, and they didn’t turn out too well, but I was able to augment the designs with acrylic pens (added Santas, trees, or a dove) and finally, gave them dots of clear glitter. Not so bad after all! You can get very corny at Christmas time.

I’m now working on a dragon linocut for the Chinese New Year.

Do you have some examples of your own art? It is very inspiring how many talented people are gathered on this forum. I am sure in the future i will be spending more time doing my own art as well, especially considering the fact that i finally found essay writing service Canada https://canadianwritings.com/ . For the last two years i didn’t have much time to write, but now it will be definitely possible.
