Hi Guys,

Happy to be part of a community of artists. My background is in art history and art education, and I have worked both in Paris and New York, with 18 years of experience in a New York Museum. As much as I have loved my job, my lifelong dream has been to practice art every day. Which I have been doing (almost) for the past year and a half. Although I am good with a pencil, my preferred medium is watercolor. I have been working up my skills towards realism and hope to achieve hyperrealism some day. But my true love is Sequential Art that I have been studying for over a year now. I write and draw my own short stories and novellas in pen and ink, watercolor, and at times, color pencils.
Wet Canvas seems to be a wonderful place to exchange ideas and technical tips. I plan on learning a lot, but I am happy to contribute my knowledge and experience to whoever needs it.
