        I am looking for recommendations on Free Framing Apps…. I wanted  to see my art framed before I went looking for matts or frames to help save me time.  Any suggestions would be appreciated

            We have covered this before, some of the frame suppliers have online tools to frame your picture. I use Paintshop Pro to add frames borders and mats in various shades to my pictures.
