Welcome Arne! The sense of “being there” always adds so much – wonderful observations and very nice work!!!

Great work Arne! I love landscapes and like the depth. I am new to acrylics and just wondering how long it took to complete this?

I especially appreciate the atmospheric perspective and the texture on the lit side of the mountains. Nice work!

I love it. Nicely selected subject, very well done.

                        Just a question:
I try to imagine the picture on a wall, and I would expect it slightly bigger, something like 20-25% bigger. What do you think?

                        :)

                                        Thank you.
How long did it take, well the funny thing is the paintings that I like are often completed very quickly whereas pictures that I am not so sure about take me forever.
This one was completed in about five (5) sessions, the foreground water was my biggest stress, the sunlit mountain on the right (once I had the correct paints on my palette) took no more than an hour.
                                        Hope this helps.

Wow! I really like the water and mountain, and it looks like one could start sailing through it!  The best feature of any painting, I think, and not easy to achieve.
