Quick watercolor study of the barbed wire gate around distillery in central TX’s early morning.

At first glance, I thought the tiles were a part of your painting. Once I realized where your work stopped and the floor started, I had a whole new appreciation for your effort.

I like what you’ve done, though I’m not familiar with the subject. The colors are nice, and there is a lot to find in the painting itself.

Perhaps if we could crop just the painting like this…..

…. I’m not great at digital adjustments, so this is not done particularly well. However, this crop helps me appreciate your painting more without the distraction of the floor tiles.

            Keep it up!

                Thanks Frank!

That was awful nice of you.

I think I’m going to change the name to distillery fence  because the gate’s not actually in it…

It’s a little scene of the fence, small dirt path behind it, and oak trees cast in shadow by the morning light.

Love this painting, it gets the imagination going. I see a guy holding the fence post to the left and I see a bull-like creature on the right (dark and big)..
                    keep’em coming.

                    greetings

                    Tanja
