October 30, 2024 at 8:37 am #1563920Love the cat Kay.
Thanks for a the comments on mine. It was hard to figure out how to light the cat. I thought I overdid it but then my mom looked at it and said she almost didn’t see the cat, and Ozean said the same thing. lol I think eventually I would like to put this into a mixed media project.
C&C always welcome. Michelle

Every painting is a new adventure.October 30, 2024 at 9:24 am #1563923Hello Art Friends – I didn’t finish mine. Traveling and then a bug got in the way. Anyway, the artistic talent here has been amazing this month.
Maureen – Lovely acrylic ink work on the pumpkins. Looks like fun.
Kay – very nice white pumpkins. The black cat is so cool too.
Mary – Awesome cat on a pumpkin – Wow and meow!
Colin – well done on the color and light!
Cindy – nice job on your pumpkin patch guard goat. Nice landscape as well.
Virginia – Excellent palette knife work with all the strokes and textures. And the pumpkin pie looks yummy for those who crave that pie. I am in the apple pie camp
Michelle – Super painting of a black cat, pumpkin and candles. Nice composition. The candles look amazing.
Here is one I did a few years ago. A 2×2 acrylic pumpkin. Happy Halloween!

Carl – Your pumpkin took me back to going up a dark walkway to a creepy house and this was all you could see in the dark. Great job for such small piece.
Thanks for the kind words on Joshua the Goat.
Regards,
Cindy
