Hi Cindy, nice to see you here.

Carl, fun idea. I actually did put two drawings together, the idea came to me as I was figuring out what to do.

    C&C always welcome. Michelle

I’ve started one! It’s another tiny canvas that is about the same size as the book I’ve using for my ink drawings for inktober. Did I hear I get bonus points for having a pen & ink drawing, too? ?

Now to decide if my just-completed painting fits one of these prompts.

Great idea, Michelle. I am hoping to join in. But which inspiration point to pick?

Yes Ozean, just don’t ask me what the bonus points are for lol.

Mary, that will be handy if that works out.

Colin, I’m starting to wonder if all the choices make this easier or harder.

I’m starting to get an idea for mine, and thinking about how many prompts I can work into it.

            C&C always welcome. Michelle

I’ve decided MORE choice makes life MORE difficult – decisions, decisions!!!

Christel, want to start mine for me? lol

I did a lot of thinking about mine yesterday. Trying to use my imagination on this one while trying to find references to help me figure it out.

OK, I have a painting in progress, but I’m stuck. It has become apparent that I don’t know how to paint a pile of sand in the foreground. I’ve looked at some examples, but I could use more help. It’s more challenging that I’m trying to convert my reference from a daytime image into a nighttime painting.

I need some guidance or good examples. Any tips?

Maybe I should just wait until the reveal on the 21st to post my question and painting on the main acrylic forum?
