Good evening all,
I said it all at the end of yesterday’s Wash lol
It’s still hot, it’s still dry…crazy weather.
Can hardly even bear to think about what that evil man is ordering others to do for him.

My Youtube videosMarch 10, 2022 at 12:44 am #1462380Good morning Lulu, JJ and all to follow.
That is one of your best bird videos ever JJ, four or five species of birds and no fewer than eight Lorikeets at once. Brave dove feeding with the Lorikeets.
No class this morning but Ruth’s friend is coming round instead.
I will go for a walk around the supermarket to replenish the pantry, we will start packing in earnest this afternoon.
What worries me about Putin is that he will think of ways to retaliate against the sanctions. It is inhumane what he is doing to Ukraine.

We must leave our mark on this worldMarch 10, 2022 at 12:54 am #1462383Good day Lulu and JJ, and all to come,
colder today.
Had a great day shopping yesterday. Met several nice people and all went well. I worked out a transfer of retirement savings from one company to another, ordered new glasses and had a tasty hotdog.
Now I’m up with shoulder pain because I used my arm carrying groceries.
My mind is working, though. Bill

March 10, 2022 at 12:57 am #1462384Hi Doug, Biden was right when he told Putin he didn’t have a soul. Now Putin seems to want to prove it.

Be kinder than necessary
March 10, 2022 at 1:19 am #1462385Sorry your shoulder is paining you.
Doug happy packing.
My heart is crying. Putting bombed three hospitals and a maternity hospital. How can those soldiers do that. Now there are claims that Putin is going to use chemical weapons. He has control of three nuclear power stations and the electricity has been cut to two of them. Folks are terrified. The plants need electricity to keep the plants cooling systems working.
It’s all too awful to comprehend. So many innocent people killed. It won’t stop with Ukraine. I’m scared.

?????Snap, Bill! Good that you met some interesting people on your shopping trip. I think it’s important to have contact with other. I remember in 2020 when we used to go outside on a Thursday evening and “clap for carers”. I’d be so excited to be outside seeing the neighbours in the street, even though we all kept our distance. I hope your shoulder feels better soon.
Lulu, I wouldn’t be surprised by anything Putin does.
Doug, you must be getting excited about going away.
Lynn, there was so much to see in your friend’s artwork. I thought it was amazing.
Uschi, I’m so sorry to hear you’ve been poorly. Is it possible to change your blood pressure medicine?
Char, I love your wonky posts and always look forward to interpreting them ?.
Covid cases around here seem to be rising and friends of ours have just returned from Lanzarote and the wife has Covid. At first she thought she had a heavy cold but she tested positive. I’ll be interested to see how she gets on.
As I had to cancel my hairdressing appointment when I tested positive, I rang the salon yesterday to reschedule. It’s owned by twin brothers and I spoke to the other one. He offered me an appointment with his twin at the end of April. I said that was no use as I’d be on holiday then – I’ve nothing booked but I’m living in hope. He took my number in case they had a cancellation and I was thinking I’d message my own guy later. I didn’t need to because later on he texted me to say come in on Saturday morning! I shall have to take him some sourdough bread. The way to a stylist’s head is through his stomach.
I’m bread baking this morning, and I might add laundry to my list of exciting things to do. Plus painting, if I can fit it in.
Greetings to Sylvia, Joy, Mike, Sharon, Gail, Anita, Steve and those whose names I’llrememver as soon as I press submit!

We must leave our mark on this worldMarch 10, 2022 at 4:44 am #1462405everyone,
Overcast but no snow predicted. I’ll have to shovel the few inches we got yesterday.
I drive the boys to school then I have to do the vacuuming. I need to drop off some things for donation and I’m going to try to find a refrigerator repair man. Remember the noise my fridge was making 2 years ago when Covid started? It’s still doing it louder than ever. I couldn’t get anyone to come over back then. Maybe I can get someone now. We are almost ready to buy a new one just to get rid of the noise even though it works perfectly. Also the problems with supply chains for fridges are terrible I heard.
Brian is still coughing and sneezing but says he feels better. He should be out of isolation Saturday.
The other thing I might do today is bring in my laptop. I’ll see how my day is going.
Uschi – I was worried you had Covid as well. I hope you can get a change of meds and it turns out to be the problem. If you are worried about explaining it to the doctor, write it all out so it is all organized and all your ideas are included. That way you don’t have to stress about remembering everything when you go in.
I need to get my day organized. I woke up at 4:00 again so I might need a nap later. I’ll check in later.

March 10, 2022 at 4:50 am #1462406Good morning. Up at 4 a.m., tried to go back to sleep, hopeless. Having a coughing spell from the dry air in the house. I have a small humidifier working, but it did not help me this morning.
We will be in the 70s today, so a trip to the grocery store is in order. Freeze moves in for Friday and Saturday.
Bill, When did you hurt your shoulder? Hope it gets better soon.
Doug, It is so exciting to read that you are going on a weekend away. Slowly, life is getting back to almost normal. Everyone is afraid of the madman of Moscow.
QS, Great that you were able to get your hair appointment rescheduled. I have resorted to cutting my own hair right now.
I will check back in later. HBO Max is playing the new West Side Story.

Kay, I did see that post. Even though I may be a cow, shut up Roger I tripped and nearly spilled your coffee this morning so do you want to eat? Oh my love…. But I cannot do Irish dancing with full or empty udders. Roger says, what udders are you talking about? Oh my darling, the udder udders. Oh them … the udders. Which udders!
We do have sensible conversations here.
Qs I solved the hairdresser thing myself with shears. Roger less inclined so there will be an appointment for him, as promised a week or so ago, in the next week or so. If you do everything at once, there will be nothing to stress about tomorrow, let alone do.
Also I don’t want covid and nor does Roger.
Sylvia, be proud of Larry. As you are.

We don’t want covid either. my breathing isn’t good at the best of times.
