Rain rain go away……

Ellen, Nancy, ditto, ditto!  Have lived with it so long I forget about it. John’s the same. Although latterly, I am noticing bursts of spiking really high for no particular reason, not exercise induced. I thought it was maybe a watch error but same recording on the treadmill.  It’s frequent but not constant so just monitoring atm.

Very cool day here, along with the constant rain. A bit depressing so we are going out soon….to buy a new kettle, a medium sized saucepan and a washing basket!

Will go to the gym on our way home.

Ps Nancy, your creations take my breath away.

What a fine group of friends we are sharing PVC.  I would have the spells, run to the ER, and they thought I was making it up.  I swear, it took 2 years to figure out what was going on.  It would come on when I was worried about something or when we were walking the mall.  It was scary.

Lulu, Sounds like a fun trip–shopping.

We got our Covid shots, and then went to dinner at Jason’s Deli.  The food is 100% fresh, and they cut a bowl of strawberries for me to go with my sandwich.
