My hello to all oil pastelists. After a long while I have done this OP painting.
Like all other toddlers, my 3 year old son does this cute mistake while playing hide and seek; he thinks he is invisible when he covers his eyes. The staircase in our house is his favorite hiding spot. I tried to capture his pure innocence in this painting. I am presenting this to him on his 4th bday, which is coming in two weeks.
It is approx. 8×10 inches on watercolor paper using Craypas and Mungyo.

I like the skin tones and the detail on the fabric.
Perhaps adding some shade to the spots on which he sits would help with the position of the figure.Tali
