Coquille board is the same thing as Stipple paper from Bee paper.  However, Bee buys its paper from a larger paper company, Neenah paper in Wisconsin.  If you like the paper, you can get it in greater quantities at a better price from Neenah.  Here is an exmple of a drawing made on coquille ‘paper’.
