My grandfather is moving into a nursing home and we sold his house. He has these 3 paintings and neither of u know anything about paintings or art for that matter. The first 2 are by T Massimo. Or Therese Massimo del Drago. The other is by Rennique. Thanks for your help and input.

They look like cheap chinese factory art, and as such are not of any value since they are for sale on ebay at 99cent.

They might look nice in your grandfather’s nursing home.

I see only two paintings. Personally I like the first one, fun knife and brush work. If you enjoy it, hang it. That is what is important. I do not think they have value, though you could check at an auction.
If you google image search Therese Massimo del Drago you can see the style does not match this picture at all; I think it is a different artist.

Being born places you at a greater risk of dying later in life.

Also look on the back, any labels there?

Does granddad remember where he got them? How large? How long has he had them?

I don’t think you’ll be quitting your job over these, but they may have some resell value on ebay over 99 cents!. There are collectors of the Wanamaker gallery, for instance, but “value” for these is pretty low in the grand scheme of things. There is value in old paint by numbers, but sentimental value in them and these almost certainly trump the amount of money you can get for them, if you like them.

They seem like art that is sold as souvernirs in holiday destinations.

I would also give them with your father to the nursing home.
