Any innovations in watercolor that you think others should know about?

As technology improves, and new consumers are discovering watercolor painting, it’s inevitably that new innovations will come out. Do any of you folks know of any exciting/interesting tools that are worth checking out for a budding watercolor artist who is obsessed with new gear?

Do you mean developments in apps which allow you to paint digital watercolours on a computer?

I don’t know about new, but I love the Peerless watercolor sheets.  The company is coming out with new colors all the time.  They are great for traveling.
