Love the figures under the umbrella with the coloured bg :)

Thanks Eyepaint! I am really enjoying this. It is probably a silly idea, feel weird thinking of it, but I am thinking of taking this idea a little further and trying a comic in an altered book. But it probably won’t hurt to try, even if it is a little crazy. It would be only for fun, experimentation-and practice, of course:lol:. It would probably use up a lot of my gesso, though, which is a bit of a problem. Thoughts on my idea would be nice!

Trying new things is always a good idea. To overcome the inertia of “this is silly”. Show us when you’ve started! :)

I really love the idea of using an old book to experiment in. I keep meaning to try it, but there’s the dilemma of wanting to use a favourite book in celebration of the work, but then feeling guilty about vandalising the prose, haha. :)

Very nice and vibrant experimentation. I like the more abstract compositions a lot.
