        Lovely paintings! The willow has a peaceful, muted look, which is nice. The dandelions are wonderful, and it’s good to see somebody paint them since they usually get ignored as weeds. Excellent job on the nocturne and I really like the clouds in it. The reddish sunset winter scene is stark, but a great capture of the beauty of the cold season and bare trees. Finally, the hilltop scene has great depth to it and nice job on the complex view!

            Thanks Dave! It really helps, and I see you are not entirely convinced about not being cheating lol. It helps me a lot to understand colour and values but I plan to stop and some point.
            Thank you for your kind comment, Matthew. I am glad you pointed that about dandelions not being popular, it’s also something that attracted me. And they are so beautiful! For the past two years I am waiting until June to cut the grass for f the garden, it helps insects and a wild garden is very pretty, and you don’t have to work :)
