It you have a wide enough drawing board, the traditional method is to drive a thumbtack in at both horizontal vanishing points, then use a long straight-edge pivoting around either tack’s steel pin as needed. If you need a 3rd or 4th vanishing point, just add more tacks.
There is a gadget, invented in 1814 by Peter Nicholson, an English architectural writer. It enables the user to draw accurate perspective lines when the vanishing points are beyond the left and right sides of the drawing board. It’s called a centrolinead. I’ve never seen one, and they don’t seem to be available to buy.
