A note about my prints: Not everybody will spend the money that it takes to buy and collect original art pieces, so I have decided on an effective way of providing prints of my artwork for sale at a very low price. Each of the prints that are for sale in my virtual galleries have an image size of approximately 8" x 10", on a total print size of 8 1/2" x 11". The prints are digitally reproduced from the originals and individually printed with the new 'lightfast' Epson Photo 1270 Printer on Epson Heavyweight Matte photo paper. Each print is hand signed and numbered by me, and may be available in larger sizes as well. If you are interested in larger sizes, please EMAIL ME with the details.
Artist's Statement:
I am an Alabama native and have considered myself a visual artist for most of my adult life. I have spent the past few years creating and selling "decorative art" home decor items on the Arts & Crafts circuit in the Southeastern U.S., and have only recently gotten back to my true love of creating oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings.
My style can probably be best described as impressionistic, because I concentrate more on the combinations and placements of the colors in my paintings than on the fine details.
This web site will enable you to view my artwork, and will provide you the opportunity to make online purchases of my original paintings and prints via credit card or check. All of my current artwork is on display in one of the 4 Virtual Galleries that you can get to by clicking one of the links under the sample pictures on my home page. I am painting full time, so there will probably be new paintings added at least once a week.
