Stephen John KERLEY was born on 21 Apr 1968 in Toronto, , ON, CAN. ⁽¹⁸⁸⁹⁾ Stephen grew up in Toronto but attended High School in Wingham when his family moved to Gorrie, Ontario. He is currently employed at Allied Signals in Stratford. He enjoys travelling and is helpful to others. They are living in Stratford.
