Watercolour Painting, My Way : Roses

 
Center and stems painted with raw sienna/ Burnt umber.

Stamens painted with Burnt umber/Light red.
Detail of small rose: petals painted one-by-one, slowly strengthening washes. Tinge of raw sienna added to edge of petal.
Spots of masking fluid placed on petals. Wash added and stronger mix dropped around masking. Masking removed.
Second stronger wash applied to some petals using same method..
