 I can't log into chat or see the main chat window.
Solution Try these methods, starting with the first and progressing to the next if unsuccessful.

1) Your system may be lacking the latest version of Java. ChatBlazer is a java-based product. Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. Look for "Java 2 Runtime Environment", and uninstall it. Then go to Sun Java; at the top right, there is a yellow button that says "Java Software for the Desktop... Get it Now." Click on that and follow instructions to install. Make sure that does, indeed, confirm successful installation. Close and relaunch browser, then head over to WC! and log into chat.

2) If that doesn’t quite solve all your problems, go here ... click on long blue link to download Microsoft VM (msjavax86.exe). Once installed, close and relaunch browser. Go to WC! and try logging into chat again.

3) If you are using Internet Explorer (IE) and still having problems, change your browser. Try logging on with Mozilla, Netscape, or better yet, choose from a variety of alternative browsers such as Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
