Hails from Portugal
New member - Presentation

Hello dear friends,

My name is Pedro Jorge, I'm from Portugal and I'm 40 years old. I've been an handyman all my life, since childhood, always fixing this and that, and learning new skills from my father (who was a real master handyman). I like very much to create new stuff, and I always have some project (or more than one) going on. I live in a small house with has a tiny garage I use as a workshop. I scavenged (I have this scavenger bug - I always see some use in most of the trash. My wife hates it) some old furnitures, built others and made a minimum working area for myself. I'm doing repairs and improvements at home, as well as scratch building ship models (a viking ship almost done; a bireme half way, and a caravel in the initial steps). Along with this I'm improving my work shop with some new tools and jigs (a small forge for metals; a circular saw table; a litlle wood turning lathe...). I also have this 'toolaholic' thing... What can I say...
I'm trying to learn and improve my skills all the time. I know I'll manage to go some further with your help.

The best regards from Portugal to you all.
A big hug,
P.J.
