North Shore, Kauai
Happy New Year to everyone here on the Marine Forum. It has been a great year and I'm hoping 2012 will be even better.
Here is the completed painting I posted a week ago. I still may go back and add a few higher highlights here and there, but I need it to sit for a while, while I contemplate where to put them.
24" x 48" Oil on Gallery Wrap Canvas.

This one is my favorite of your work. I love the brilliance of the sun kissing the hillsides and the subtle fading of the suns colors in the skyline.

Very peaceful looking , great sense of distance with the soft light of the evening sky on the hills. Lovely!

Wow, you've painted in that warm light along the coast nicely. Very convincing Ron. This one is beautiful and will look awesome in a frame.
