Hi,
Antiqueteacher, I have to admit I'm impressed with what this new lens can do, it makes some of the images pop, I'm a happy little Vegemite now, if you want I'll make sure there's lots of ref's for you from Thailand and hopefully Myanmar.
Pastelmimigt, these are still classed as reference images so that's a big yes for you.
Thanks Paintingqueen, I like the orangey-red rose colour myself, they all seem to come out OK so I'm happy.
A few from this morning in the park.

Thank you so much for sharing. The last two are they Canna's oh my they are gorgeous, I'm in the process of a cp of Bengal Cannas and boy do I wish I had waited to draw in the flowers.

Hi,
Catman07, it's a Canon f2.8 70-200 L ll is usm zoom on a 7D.
Thanks cerann and Noodle 1 Happy to share, I have posted some Canna's before for reference images, Summer flower thread.
pastelmimigt, I'm lousy with flower names, someone else will have to id it for you, more like a zinnia.
This is the original pic.

Could it be a gaillardia? those colours are typical gaillardia colours.
