Ok here goes ...

Hi joined WC earlier, a few posts later and now can post a pic.

This is an acrylic I have painted recently, from a newspaper picture and taken a few months to get finished. Its 27cm x 43cm on canvas. My husband keeps going on at me to show my work, so here goes... first time for everything!

Welcome to Wet Canvas and the acrylic forum. The natives are friendly and helpful. Stay for awhile and you'll see.

I love everything about your painting...the crop, the colors, the composition, all wonderful. The motorcycle looks ready to leap off the page at great speed.

Your husband is right! Don't you hate it when that happens?

Re: Ok here goes ...

Thank you to all for your kind words. I've enjoyed painting since at school, but it's been the last 5 years or so, that I've really got into it and find that the only style that I really enjoy doing is with lots of detail, and because my husband & I are big motogp/superbike fans found that it's this I enjoy the most and am most happy with the results of.
