Plenty of color. I do not read your goal but for me, see shaky buildings and a lot of debris flying about. If there were ripples on the reflecting waters it would be a Phenomenal for a very realistic title of 'Earthquake -Richter 9'
Not meant as a degradation, on the contrary, quite realistic on that level and is what jumps out at me at first glance. Color and composition easily suggest fires will grow. Your city would become a replica of the l906 quake in California.

Destructive scenes are extremely difficult to paint for many artists given the emotional connection we feel. It took me best part of three months to paint an erupting volcano. I think it is the human life loss as well as property destruction and the aftermath that follows gets to our frailer side.

On the whole - it is a bit too busy with too much debris - it should be a bit cleaner...
