Hello, I really like the detail on the stone work.

But there are white spaces which in the wood work that mimic the detail in the stone but using such a light color makes it a bit distracting to the eye imo and prehaps a lighter shade of brown (or darker) would help in those spots?

Amigone: in Photoshop8, using the paint bucket, it is very hard to get into the tight spaces with color. For actual use in the books I often print off a B&W copy then use watercolor and gouache to 'paint-by-number'. The PS8 does allow mw to play with different colors and see how they look before commiting to an actual painting.

In Photoshop, when coloring, if you make a new layer and set it to multiply, then paint on it, it will only draw on the white spaces, completely ignoring the black lines.

Does that apply PS8? I don't know enough about this program yet, but I keep trying to learn.. thanx 4 the help, Greg
