Portrait Challenge June/Roopa

11 x 14 inch arches watercolor paper, 140 # gesso primed. Well, I did make her face fuller. usually its the other way around... and I have to whittle. but this time.. I had her way too thin..and I still didn't get it. I am halfway pleased with the hair, maybe a bit too light..but I can live with it. This is in Oil Pastel, Mungyo Gallery Artist grade. Used a tortillion blending stump and dental pic for scratching off thick color. and my finger for blending. May not look a whole lot like her.. well kinda sorta not.. C/C welcome.

Oh yeah.. changed her hair clip and gave her earrings.

I love your use of color. And the wisps of hair from her head.

(You might double check the eyes. They don't appear to be on the same horizon line.)
