"Improvisation" WIP Finished

Pen and black acrylic ink on primed 24"x18" canvas sheet...

as noted by the pic, am using a large nib for the pot... otherwise it is the crow quill nib being used for the rendering.......

this is a close-up showing how am achieving the texture of the meat...

and this is showing how am keeping 'on track' with getting the wood grain......

NOTE - this rendering is all from my head, from memory of having seen the items...

Re: "Improvisation" WIP

Robert...this is both a wonderful WIP & An equally wonderful WOA!
So much work...and not an eraser in sight!

Anyway...as it is a Wonderful Work Of Art...may I place a copy of the finished work in our Hall of Fame, please?

Re: "Improvisation" WIP

but - this is NOT the finished post, just the one before it , showing the back wall as I want it, dark...

now to 'push the values' on the rest to match - and then think will be finished...

And it is essentially finished...
