Last weekend I was here http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lendorf_(Drautal)

It was a workshop with awfull weather
The first afternoon - I painted close to our our house - a big old farmhouse (behind ) and got 3 times wet ( all of my paintings are 10 x 13 inch )

but my buddy didnt recognice a tiny swamp -after it he had to remove his shoes

Re: Struggling with the weather

At least you got some wonderful pieces for your weather struggles! Such a gorgeous location, it must have been very frustrating dealing with all the rain.

Looks like you had a fulfilling workshop. Was there an instructor?

Thank you folks - yes there was an instructor a very nice Lady:
Christine de Pauli - but
when she saw my Tuscany paintings - she told me :
" You dont need a guiding hand like me "(was a big compliment )

Love the works that you did after such an interruption, Egon. 'Mother Nature'! does play an interesting part in our lives which can be rather memorable...
And the place you were at is absolutely a charming area!

Egon, you're making "lemonade from lemons" good sir----love the pieces and knockout photos (do you mind if I use them as references?). We have had the wettest April in recorded history and its getting everyone a bit on edge around here! Thanks for the inspiration!
