Exclamation Exchange and guessing game results

Like I said in the other thread, this was very very difficult. I knew the answers and I still had trouble since people were working outside their normal areas (doing subjects or styles requested by their partners).

I also mentioned there would be two winners and youíll see why now.

***Winner***
SnuzingSusan with a grand total of 8/20. Congratulations Snuzy. You can go and get your big sloppy wet kiss from Rodman, or if you prefer the lesser prize, send Rodman your address and heíll send you a print

***Winner***
03ahmed with a grand total of 7/20. Congratulations Irfan. Iím not sure if thereís a prize for you other than
The reason why Irfan is also a winner despite getting less correct is he didnít enter the original swap. Anyone who entered the swap would have known at least two answers (their own work and the one they received) hence Snuzy got 6 correct that werenít part of the two she knew. Irfan didnít know any at all so technically it could be said that he in fact won, but the rules didnít allow for that eventuality. Well done mate

A couple of others came close so well done to them. Now if you think 7 and 8 out of 20 is poor going, you should see what most people managed to get but I wonít go into that in public Shall we say that......................no, I wonít say anything.

Thanks to everyone who participated and for those who didn't, I hope this provided some fun and interest

Will the real artists please reveal themselves?

Patrick is timid to say so but I think I actually got zero correct. I would have done better if I was guessing who received the work.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

Wow... I would have gotten two (well, actually four counting mine and my swap partner)... It's wonderful work, all of it, and it was a joy to participate. I'm in for next year and congratulations to the two that did the best detective work figuring out who did what!!!

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

I am so embarrassed. I don't think I got ANY right. And when I see the answers, I just could not stop laughing at how wrong I was.

Congratulations to the two winners. How you picked so many is quite an achievement.

I will get more involved next year as this looks like so much fun. I think it was started just before Christmas last year. For me that's a pretty busy time. I wonder what is a considered a quiet time to kick this off for all of us.

Personally, I prefer our winter as that seems to be the time when I am most prolific, tucked away beside the fire scratching. Scratching's not much fun in the hot weather.

This has been so much fun!! Thanks Patrick for organising it and getting it up and going.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

Well, I got a few more correct than I expected, but not many. I probably would have done better just drawing names out of a hat. Congrats to Snuzy and Irfan.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

I didn't get any right except ArtMutt's and mine! And I even did some research and still couldn't get even one other one.

Everyone did an amazing job with the work in this one...I'm already looking forward to the next one!

Almost forgot...congratulations to Snuzy (who won another challenge ) and Irfan! Way to go you guys...be interesting to know which ones you both got right.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

They didn't get many common ones correct Lorna. They both got Hector and that's it - shows how difficult it was. Brett did very well with 6 and Jenny got 5.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

Apparently I managed to get 2 more right other than the 2 I did know. I feel that was quite an accomplishment and those 2 were ones that I felt the most confident of.

Re: Exchange and guessing game results

My god! I didn't put in my guesses in the end as I just couldn't make up my mind...but looking at them now I think I would only have guessed one!
Anyone ready for another challenge?! Well done Susan and Irfan!!!
