documentary film release form

I just posted this question in another forum, but thought this one is probably the right one.

I am involved in a PBS pilot documentary on plein air painting and my artwork and those of others in my group will be filmed and aired. Does anybody know what to look for as far as protection for the artwork in the release forms?

If, after you review the release forms, have any questions, ask an attorney to look over the forms for you. It would be worth the peace of mind for all of you to share in this expense.



I remember a thread some time ago...that gave some web addy's for release forms....will see if I can find it.

Thanks Carly, I can't seem to find anything about films in the copyright info that I have found.
