Jen's October Sketchbook

Well I carried the thing around all day at work and managed to get one doodle of a (theoretical) gas cylinder during a phone call.

(they keep us busy)

Re: Jen's October Sketchbook

Congratulations on the crucial first start! It would be tough to fit in time to sketch while working...I'm fortunate to have retired a couple years ago. I'm spoiled. Keep at it!

Jen this is a FNATASTIC start, especially when you are under pressure to work at the same time!!!!!

The duck is GORGEOUS, so cute and the colours and shading perfect.

LOOKING FORWARD to this developing!!!!!

Re: Jen's October Sketchbook

I understand Jen - I was at work yesterday and didn't even get a peek at facebook all day!

Any drawing opportunity is a good thing I reckon - good luck and enjoy the challenge!

Good start. Doodling can be an art form in and of itself.

I like your rubber ducky! When I have "artist block" I draw a tiny Teddy bear that sits on my desk, over & over. Gets me warmed up... and I am getting Really Good at drawing Teddy bears!!!

Good start! Carrying it around all day is a good idea, then you'll jot whenever you think of something. Onward! Love the shading on the gas cylinder.
