Yup another Puddy tat ... gotta keep TeAnne happy

this is nothing serious..... more or less a doodle, whiling away a saturday night.... IvyLeaf had taken a beautiful picture of a gorgeous kitten, and just wanted to try it out..... love doing eyes, and once past them I tend to loose interest (*slaps self on the hand)

this was using Windsor and Newton Portrait Pastels hee hee - and of course my pastel pencils are in there somwhere too .. Ingres pastel paper 12 x 9"

Those eyes are gorgeous. Will be away for a few days but when I get back will post a pic of my beautiful blue point birman - jacaranda blue eye - you'll love her

Ohhhh My ......*falls over .... Looookkk at those eyes, colour is amazing - thanks Taminka .... looks like I have my doodle all set for Sunday night

Is the whole of her eye really all blue?

Yep - eyes are all blue- a really mauvy blue.
Sorry for the delay - I've been away.

Look forward to seeing if you paint her. I might soon too - SO many subjects, so little time.

BTW - this is the REAL Taminka - I just borrowed her name

Love the rendition you did with her eyes!! Very beautiful and realistic!! I also am very attracted all the wonderful colours you used in this kitty!! You certainly did do her justice! I too looked at Ivyleafs photo and there is no mistake who this is!!...

I was trying to be more Painterly :P ..... that word seems to be in fashion hee hee ..... but Im not sure its me!! - looks a bit messy lolol ..... I must be a control freak!
