Beautifully musical and feminine painting!

This is a timely post as I recently returned from Sicily with a mandolino! I decided that whenever I muster the courage to do a self-portrait, I will include this sensuous and delicate instrument.

Thank you for posting.

Nice work, Julio. Very colorful, and very bold.

One note, though. This forum is by and for artists to share information. Posting marketing spiel on yourself is not really disallowed, but it looks very, well, strange posted here.

Nice work, Julio!

But I'd love to get to know YOU, rather than your publicist.

The yellow pigments are realism
on a background of two deuces
where she sleeps, upside-down
in the morning paper, and a horse lives
in the heart of this woman.
