In the lower picture, it looks like the dragon is enjoying a scratch on the neck, by the person in green. Like leaflin, I would like to know what it's made of, concrete, plastic or what?

Tnx I beleive this is mad of cement, textured and it's not painted so they must have had the cream colour in the cement.
