Very cool!

wow...

all - thanks for the compliments!

DraigAthar ... very much a succubus. i wanted a picture that has a brief feeling when one first looks at it that is inviting...but the more you look, the more you think ... this thing is gonna eat me!

plumpfairy ... thanks for the greeting! i was welcomed once when i first joined and posted my 'i'm new here' post, but this is the first submission of any kind for me. i appreciate the warm greeting ... now i'm shopping for a scanner or a digital camera {or both} to get some of my other art digitized. my medium in this case is purely digital...photoshop is a beautiful and powerful monster..but i really need a tablet cuz mouse-painting is worse than house-painting. i used many of the artistic filters to give it a more painterly and less pixely look.

Axl - yes dark and mysterious is quite sexy!

thanks so much for your comments and thoughts...now...if it hadn't been so late last night when i did that, perhaps i'd recall better how that wicked little creature showed up on my screen.

I really love this and I am glad you posted it here....She shows alot of emotion to me and gives off kind of a blured metalic look that sets it off perfectly!

Hi Maldrin. Welcome to WC!

The metallic skin tones are really nice and I LOVE your tinyhead.

metallic | tinyhead

yes i dig the metallic tones, too. brom did a great piece of a kinda robotic dog, and it had this organic but very coppery coloration...obvious influence for me there.

Elankat - thanks for the tinyhead compliment. it's another piece of mine, which I have a scan of in larger scale i might post one day. i don't know for sure where to post it, but it'll probably show up here if anywhere, simply because it's a little to ... non normal ... to go in the watercolor forum, probably.
